Shipping + Returns
Each order placed is packaged and shipped from Houston, TX within 4-6 business days. Our shipping days are Wednesdays and Fridays. We will fulfill orders faster when possible. Once shipped, US packages should arrive in 2-5 business days.
All USA orders $65 or more ship free. Orders under $65 ship with USPS and cost a flat $10. Canadian orders ship $30 flat.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or there was an error/damage, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of delivery. To receive a full refund (minus shipping fees), the item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition. Books must come with cellophane wrap still in tact. At our discretion, we will issue partial refunds upon damage. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
If you have not received your order, and tracking says it was delivered, we suggest waiting another 10 days to allow for misdeliveries to be corrected by the carrier. Additionally, be sure to check any place that the package could have been delivered; this includes your front porch, back porch, near your garage, a side door, bushes, and of course your mailbox to make sure it’s not hidden. Also, kindly ask your neighbors if it was mistakenly delivered to their address instead of yours.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged orders due to carrier service. We are also not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping or delivery issues must be handled by the carrier and is out of our control.
